En la pel\u00edcula se desvela la realidad que rode\u00f3 a una de las personas que hicieron posible la derrota del ej\u00e9rcito nazi en la Segunda Guerra Mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Turing, quien pas\u00f3 a la historia por -en teor\u00eda- ser la persona responsable de descifrar los c\u00f3digos secretos del ej\u00e9rcito alem\u00e1n transmitidos por la m\u00e1quina Enigma, no fue tratado como un h\u00e9roe. A pesar de suponer el mayor logro en ventaja t\u00e1ctica del conflicto b\u00e9lico, eso no prevaleci\u00f3 sobre sus inclinaciones sexuales. De regreso a su patria natal, fue enjuiciado y procesado por el gobierno brit\u00e1nico acusado de ser homosexual. Tras ser abochornado p\u00fablicamente y retirarle sus condecoraciones, fue castrado qu\u00edmicamente y abandonado en la prisi\u00f3n donde la depresi\u00f3n pudo con \u00e9l y termin\u00f3 envenen\u00e1ndose a s\u00ed mismo con una manzana llena de cianuro.
