Desde hace tiempo, ha estado trabajando en una importante teor\u00eda sobre los mercados financieros que ha logrado una enorme repercusi\u00f3n, lo que le ha valido para obtener un puesto en el MIT (Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Massachusetts) en el que trabaja en secreto para el gobierno de los Estados Unidos.<\/p><p>All\u00ed conoce a Alicia Lard\u00e9 (Jennifer Connelly \u2018R\u00e9quiem por un sue\u00f1o\u2019), una estudiante de la que se enamora y con la que termina contrayendo matrimonio. Pero la misi\u00f3n de John es muy peligrosa y su vida termina por caer en picado cuando le diagnostican una esquizofrenia
